As the name suggests I am based in the township of Emerald, QLD. That being said I do often travel outside the region both with the family and for my clients and have valued clients as far south as Brisbane and as far north as Mackay & the Whitsundays region. All homes will be photographed as presented and no refunds or free reshoots will be given for homes presented in an untidy manner.

You sure can! Please be sure to make the request either before or during the session. If no requests are made for specific shots our photographer will capture images at his discretion based on his extensive experience. Any requests for additional images made after the session will be charged separately for the additional call-out and editing required.

Due to demand for our services and to counter an increase in last minute cancellations and unpaid services we require payment up front either in full or by 20% deposit (to established approved clients) to secure your spot. Payment must be received prior to the session for your session to go ahead. Alternatively cash/eftpos payments are accepted on the day if requested prior (to established approved clients). Entry notices must be supplied for real estate agency bookings of tenanted properties. Bookings where payments are not received are deemed not confirmed. 20% Deposits are forfeited if cancelled.

We require all invoices associated with your session to be paid in full BEFORE any images are published online, including listing sites. This is because we retain the copyright of the files and any images provided are under a specific license agreement. Publishing images without payment or in any way outside the scope of your license agreement is in breach of copyright law and our Terms Of Service and may result in legal proceedings and refusal of future service. Any images provided for real estate sessions are not to be used beyond the sale of the home. Once the home is sold all use permissions will expire. New listings under different vendors require new images.

Images are archived once our system is notified of a download request. After they are downloaded by the client they are held for approximately 3 months before being permanently removed from our servers. We advise you download your images asap and create backups on your system or cloud as we just cannot store images indefinitely. Links provided to our clients are valid for 7 days.

While we do offer aerial images as part of our real estate packages we cannot always guarantee it will be possible. This could be due to factors outside of our control such as weather, safety hazards, wildlife hazards, airspace restrictions etc.

Generally no. As this service relates to digital content and copyright, any images delivered and downloaded by the client, regardless of whether they have been published by them or not, are deemed accepted and our terms of service fulfilled. If you are unhappy with the final result please contact us to discuss options for a reshoot or re-edit. Please note that this will come at an additional fee.

Our 3D RVT are designed to provide buyers with an illustrative view of a properties livability and interior design potential. They include virtual staging where appropriate. Digital staging styles are illustrative and are not able to be customised or re-edited. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our recreations, however in some cases certain fixtures and fittings may differ slightly from the actual space due to limitations in digital asset availability. Things like some light fittings and smaller detail items may differ. This is why we provide professional photography alongside the 3D RVT a part of our Ultimate Edge Marketing Package.

General turnaround time for completion and delivery is approximately 48hr. Corrections will extend this timeframe.

As the copyright owner That Emerald Photographer retains the right to use any images captured for any session in the promotion of services offered by That Emerald Photographer. We also reserve the right to resell, distribute and license any images captured to third parties if and when we choose at our discretion. By choosing That Emerald Photographer you are agreeing to these terms. Agents/Vendors are not permitted to license, resell or re-distribute images outside the scope of the listing for which the images were provided, including transfers to other agencies and listing for lease/sale under new ownership. When a listing is sold, the right to use those images ends for the agency and new owners are not permitted to use those images in marketing. Additional licensing may be purchased to re-use images under new property owners or agency listing.
